Call Us If…
Real situations, not a capabilities list. If one of these sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
- 01You have a lease, a possession date and a space that needs a new electrical layout.
- 02Your GC needs tender pricing with clear inclusions, exclusions and equipment assumptions.
- 03The equipment schedule calls for new dedicated or three-phase circuits.
- 04Existing panel capacity or landlord criteria could change the proposed scope.
- 05Electrical rough-in must be sequenced with ceilings, millwork and mechanical work.
- 06Deficiencies or unfinished connections need resolving before turnover.
Electrical Work for Commercial Tenant Fit-Outs
We price the electrical package against the drawings and existing conditions—not just the floor area. The proposal identifies what is included, what can be reused and which equipment details still need confirming.
- Power & devices: new and relocated receptacles, dedicated circuits, circuit additions, switches and controls.
- Lighting: fixture installation and relocation, lighting controls, emergency lighting and exit signs.
- Panels & distribution: panel modifications, subpanels, feeders and distribution alterations; transformer work and three-phase circuits where the project requires them.
- Equipment: connections and dedicated feeds for commercial appliances, kitchen equipment and HVAC equipment within the agreed electrical scope.
- Signage & coordination: signage power and power/data routing coordination with the low-voltage contractor—not an assumed data-cabling package.
- Existing space: electrical demolition, make-safe work and relocation, with ESA notification and inspection coordination where required.
Office Fit-Out Electrical
Workstation and boardroom power needs to follow the furniture plan. We plan new or relocated receptacles, lighting and controls, dedicated equipment circuits and kitchenette power around the approved layout. Panel modifications are checked against the existing supply before additional loads are committed. Coordinate floor boxes, partitions and millwork before the rough-in is covered; late layout changes can mean reopening finished surfaces.

Retail Fit-Out Electrical
A retail fit-out starts with the merchandising plan: display and general lighting, POS power, customer-area receptacles and equipment connections. Stockroom lighting, signage circuits, emergency lighting and exit signs also belong in the package. We review landlord requirements and access before work starts, and coordinate electrical locations with display fixtures so devices do not end up behind joinery.

Restaurant Fit-Out Electrical
Send the kitchen equipment schedule with voltage, phase and nameplate loads—not just appliance dimensions. We scope dedicated circuits and equipment feeds, receptacles, lighting, signage, emergency and exit lighting, and the panel or distribution changes those loads require. Refrigeration and exhaust equipment power is coordinated with the equipment and mechanical installers where applicable. Specialist hood controls, fire-suppression interlocks and commissioning responsibilities must be defined in the proposal; they are not assumed to be included.

Electrical Contractor for General Contractors
Send the current drawings, specifications, addenda and bid deadline. We review the package, arrange a site walkthrough where needed and identify missing information before tender pricing. The electrical proposal sets out inclusions, exclusions and assumptions so allowances are not mistaken for a complete equipment package.
- Agree rough-in sequencing with HVAC, mechanical, millwork, drywall and ceiling trades.
- Coordinate access, electrical shutdowns and construction scheduling with the site team.
- Document scope changes and agree change orders before additional work proceeds.
- Plan ESA inspection stages, deficiency work and equipment connections against the turnover deadline.
Tenant Improvement Electrical for Property Managers & Landlords
Tenant turnovers often expose deficiencies left by earlier alterations. We review existing panel capacity, landlord requirements and the boundary between tenant work and base-building systems. Common-area interfaces, emergency lighting and alterations affecting neighbouring tenants need a defined scope—not an assumption that the tenant controls the whole building.
- Confirm access arrangements, building contacts and permitted shutdown windows.
- Coordinate scheduling and make-safe work while adjacent spaces remain occupied.
- Record electrical changes, update affected circuit identification and provide clear invoices and closeout documentation for the agreed scope.

Commercial Renovations Without Guessing at Existing Conditions
A full panel is not a load calculation, and an unused breaker does not establish spare capacity. The site review checks the proposed loads, existing equipment, circuit routes and access before the scope is finalized. We identify what must be isolated or relocated, protect occupied areas and coordinate shutdowns with the building. Unexpected faults are assessed before new work is connected.
Tenant Fit-Out Electrical Across Toronto
We coordinate tenant improvement electrical for downtown offices, King West and Queen West commercial units, Liberty Village workplaces, Yorkville retail and Yonge and Eglinton offices. Projects in North York, Scarborough, East York, Leslieville and The Beaches have the same starting point: drawings, the existing supply, landlord criteria and a workable schedule. For a Vaughan project, send the address and timing so access and scheduling can be confirmed. These are service areas, not separate offices.
