Call Us If…
Real situations, not a capabilities list. If one of these sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
- 01347V corridor, warehouse or parking lighting is out across a zone.
- 02A 600V disconnect or panel is hot, noisy or damaged.
- 03Equipment fed at 600V has lost a phase or won't start.
- 04A renovation needs 600V feeders or panels altered.
- 05A transformer-fed 120/208V panel has gone dead.
How 347/600V Commercial Power Is Used
At 347/600V, a building can run lighting at 347V phase-to-neutral and large equipment at 600V three-phase, with smaller feeders and less voltage drop over long runs. Receptacles and small equipment are then fed at 120/208V through step-down transformers. Faults and alterations can sit on either side of those transformers, so a 600V electrician has to understand the whole chain.

347/600V Installation Work
- 600V distribution panels, feeders and disconnects
- 347V lighting circuits and fixtures
- 600V three-phase equipment and motor supplies
- Step-down transformers to 120/208V panels
- Alterations for renovations and tenant changes
600V Troubleshooting
Common 600V and 347V faults include failed lighting ballasts and drivers on 347V circuits, lost phases at fuses or breaker poles, heat-damaged terminations at disconnects, and transformer primary or secondary failures. We isolate the faulted section, test it, and explain the repair before proceeding.

Higher Voltage, Careful Planning
Work on 347/600V equipment is planned with isolation and shutdown coordination. If you notice heat, noise, burning smells or arcing at 600V equipment, keep people clear and call — this is not equipment for anyone untrained to open.
347/600V Service or Project
- STEP 1
Describe the equipment, symptoms or project scope.
- STEP 2
Site review of panels, transformers and single-line information if available.
- STEP 3
Diagnosis or a written quote with shutdown plan.
- STEP 4
Isolation and work during the agreed window.
- STEP 5
Testing and restoration.
- STEP 6
Documentation and ESA inspection where required.
Safety first. If you see smoke or fire, or someone has been shocked, call 911 first. Do not open panels, reset repeatedly tripping breakers or work on live equipment yourself — keep people clear and call us. Urgent? Call 647-835-7757 or see commercial emergency service.
Something Not Working? Book a Service Call.
Describe the problem, add photos if you have them, and tell us how urgent it is. For emergencies, call instead — forms are not monitored like the phone line.
